It moves through three phases: first we get honest about the gap you've been feeling, then you move through four shifts that take you back to yourself, and finally we make sure it lasts. Along the way you'll be guided through inner experiences, write reflections by hand, and share in the chat. It's interactive and intimate — and deliberately experiential, because the real value is in what you feel happen, not in notes you could read off a page.
